| Sales of this POSCO cold-rolled steel sheet distributor decreased from the preceding year as steel demand decreased for car, shipbuilding and machinery industries though selling prices of key products increased. Net profit increased despite loss from sale of negotiable instruments while operating income increased as material price hike was reflected on selling prices. Financial stability is sound as trade receivables were repaid while cash assets increased with disposal short-term financial products while virtually no borrowings are on hand. |
| Sales growth will be limited due to slow demand of downstream industries as the economic recovery will be delayed. Margin will improve to a limited extent based on the raised selling prices as competition among existing vendors is intensified though the industries have high entry barrier. Cash flow will be smooth with plus operating cash flow while financial soundness is maintained. |
