| Sales fell, due to poor No. of international line passengers and cargo transport, affected by global economic slump, and N1H1, especially, cargo sector sharply dropped. Despite expense reduction of rent and airport operation expenses deriving from fuel unit price decline and biz volume reduction, firm's operating loss went up, because of fixed cost burden stemming from great sales decline. Loans are excessive, because of airplanes introduction, and short-term loans of the long-term loans, including yearly payment of trade payables and operation lease fees, take up more than half, thus stability is weak. |
|
  |
| Although, aviation demand is likely to be recovered, stemming from downward stabilization of exchange rate and economic recovery, demand recovery speed is likely to be delayed, owing to uncertainties including N1H1. Profitability improvement is forecast, because of operation ratio rise and airfreight recovery in case of aviation demand recovery, along with relieved expense burden such as fuel and rent expenses, stemming from oil prices and exchange rate decline. The firm plans to introduce 24 airplanes by 2011, and it is expected to function as a burden in cash flows. |
